We are the proud home to nearly 900 residents, 345 homes, Grant’s Farm, The Ulysses S. Grant National Historic Site, and Grant’s Trail. The Village is an active community with engaged and neighborly residents; it truly is a unique place to live.

April 7, 2026 General Municipal Election Schedule
- December 9 : Opening of candidate filing (8:00 a.m.) for April 7th General Municipal Election. See RSMo 115.127(5)
- December 30: Closing of candidate filing (5:00 p.m.) for April 7th General Municipal Election. See RSMo 115.127(5)
The Town of Grantwood Village has announced that candidate filing will open Tuesday, December 9, 2025 for the offices
that will be on the ballot in the April 7, 2026 General Municipal election.
Candidates seeking the offices will file at 1 Missionary Ridge, Grantwood Village, MO 63123
Candidates can file starting at 8am December 9 through 5pm December 30, 2025. It is recommended that candidates wishing to file call the Village office (314-842-4409 ) to schedule a time to file to ensure that someone is available to assist with the filing process.
First day filers will select a number by random drawing to determine placement on the ballot. After the
first day, candidates will be placed on the ballot in the order of their filing.
Community Development Block Grant
The current year funds for the Community Development Block Grant is being allocated towards repairs and maintenance for the Town Hall/Community Building.
The Village is currently accepting sealed bids until Tuesday 6/9/2026 3pm (updated date on 6/1/2026 from 6/8/2026) for the ADA compliant door project. See attached bid packet for details:

Monthly Meeting Information
A Regular Meeting is scheduled on Tuesday August 18, 2026 at 7:00 pm.
The Board of Trustees Meeting will be in person at the Village Hall.
